Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction management experience, including leadership of multiple projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, cost controls, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• OSHA safety experience with a demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams to deliver successful, safe, and profitable projects.
• Establish project budgets and maintain accountability for financial performance.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
