Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of related experience or a Master's degree and 8 years of related experience, including at least 5 years in a management capacity.
• Demonstrated success managing P&L, project portfolios, and high-value client relationships.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop project leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of complex construction programs from preconstruction through closeout.
• Act as senior client representative, ensuring client satisfaction and rapid resolution of issues.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and accounts receivable.
• Lead business development by identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and participating in client negotiations.
• Foster collaboration across internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and partners to deliver outcomes.
