This role provides executive leadership from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary client advocate while guiding high‑performing project teams. The ideal candidate brings deep public‑sector project experience, strong financial and risk management acumen, and the presence to build

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years, plus at least 5 years in management.
• Proven success in managing P&L, project portfolios, and high-value client relationships.
• Ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain executive responsibility for the performance of assigned construction programs including revenue, profitability, utilization, and financial outcomes.
• Lead business development by identifying opportunities and supporting client interviews and negotiations.
• Build and expand long-term relationships with owners, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery aligns with contracts, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor project risks and implement timely, effective solutions.
