Job summary

Wallace Electric Co. is seeking an accomplished Project Executive to lead multiple commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.

You will oversee budgets, safety, client relations, and project delivery, guiding project managers, estimators, and field teams to meet schedule and profitability targets. The role requires a track record of leadership across large electrical builds, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple projects and project teams.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale electrical projects ranging from $5M to $100M+.
• Experience with commercial and industrial facilities, power distribution systems, data centers, healthcare and automotive preferred.
• Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple electrical construction projects.
• Lead and mentor project managers, estimators, superintendents, leads/foremen and staff.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout activities.
• Monitor milestones, productivity, labor, and material management to stay on budget.
• Review budgets, forecasts, change orders, and major purchasing decisions.
