Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group seeks a Project Executive to lead major design and construction initiatives across multiple delivery models. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, align with firm-wide strategies, and drive client engagements from pursuit through project closeout.

You will influence project delivery, manage risk and contracts, and mentor professionals to grow the organization’s capabilities across industrial and technology sectors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive direct leadership in major design and/or construction projects or programs.
• Experience leading cross-discipline teams (engineering, architecture, construction).
• Strong understanding of risk allocation, contract terms, and insurance transfer programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project/Program Team and establish contract documents and PxP.
• Forecast outcomes and drive team to achieve conditions of success.
• Develop and implement project delivery approaches (MAE/IDB/EPC) and ensure client satisfaction.
• Grow BW Design Group's presence by expanding client relationships and market influence.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and financial performance of projects.
• Mentor and develop talent across project delivery roles.
