Job summary

BW Design Group, part of Barry-Wehmiller, is seeking a senior delivery leader to drive major projects and programs across multidisciplinary teams. You will work with clients to shape and deliver design-build, EPC, and related delivery models while aligning with strategic goals and pursuing ongoing growth opportunities.

You will inspire teams, build strong client relationships, and help advance BW Design Group’s market leadership in engineering consulting and manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead major projects or programs as MAE/IDB/EPC with multidisciplinary teams.
• Align with the firm-wide strategic plan and communicate it to teams.
• Manage commercial goals and KPIs and deliver projects accordingly.
• Grow capability and capacity by guiding teams through challenging programs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and multi-year engagement plans.
• Lead pursuit activities including capture plans, delivery approaches, team structures, scope, pricing and contracts.
• Recruit and organize internal and external teams and partners and set shared objectives.
