Position Overview

We're seeking a full-time, staff SR Project Engineering Manager to join our team in Greenville SC, Charlotte NC, or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage all or part of engineering projects, providing direction and coordinating with Engineering and Design leads. Responsible for engineering deliverables, schedule, budget, and document control, ensuring effective communication among disciplines.
• Manage medium to large projects independently, including specifications, documentation, permits, and design. Oversee contractor performance, prepare estimates and budgets, and control costs.
• Develop project schedules, review submittals, and evaluate contract impacts on engineering timelines.
• Coordinate construction interface, support RFIs/DCRs/FCRs, and integrate construction into early project reviews.
• Lead department and organization policies, interface with customers, and support proposal and risk assessments.
• Define project services, deliverables, and technical data, and support procurement planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in project management, cost estimation, and engineering supervision.
• Strong organizational and technical skills across disciplines.
• Effective communication skills and proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit (a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 10+ years of experience, with 5+ in project engineering/management, preferably EPC projects.
• PE license strongly preferred.

Compensation

The salary range is $136,400 - $204,600, based on experience and location, in accordance with pay transparency laws.

Must be able to perform tasks such as visual acuity, balancing, manual dexterity, climbing, reading and writing in English, reasoning, and decision-making, both at the office and on-site.
