Gilbane is seeking a Senior Project Executive with extensive experience in the Life Sciences sector. As a representative of the Company, you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple complex construction-management projects. Additionally, you will mentor multiple Project Executives. This role requires frequent travel to job sites and Gilbane offices for training, meetings, and more.

Responsibilities




    Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.

Qualifications




EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

  • BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $150 million or larger with extensive experience with Life Sciences projects
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong technical and communication skills are critical
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

For Reno, Nevada this ranges from $183,000.00-$251,600.00 plus benefits and retirement program.

For Glastonbury, CT; Providence, RI; and Baltimore, MD this ranges from $192,100.00-$264,100.00 plus benefits and retirement program.

For Sacramento, CA this ranges from $201,300.00-$276,800.00 plus benefits and retirement program.

For Boston, MA this ranges from $214,100.00-$294,400.00 plus benefits and retirement program.

For Irvine, CA; Concord, CA and Los Angeles, CA this ranges from $223,200.00-$306,900.00 plus benefits and retirement program.

For New York City, NY and San Jose, CA this ranges from $234,200.00-$351,200.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
