Qualifications

• Requires BS in Mechanical Engineering and 8+ years in project execution in water, wastewater, or industrial processes.
• Experience with EPC, Design-Build, OEM, or equipment supply projects.
• Strong leadership and team-building in a complex environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical design, welding, machining, and fabrication practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution for filter press projects from contract award through final acceptance.
• Oversee Mechanical Engineering department daily operations and staffing.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and optimize processes.
• Monitor production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage schedules.
• Ensure safety compliance and company policies.
• Review and approve technical documents and reports.
