Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented engineer to join its Water Group in Itasca, Illinois.

The position involves planning, design, and construction of water supply, water treatment, wastewater conveyance, and I/I studies, with emphasis on teamwork and communication. The candidate will participate on project teams, report to a Project Manager, and prepare system reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
5–7 years of design and construction experience on water and wastewater systems.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to embrace and align with EEI's mission and core values.

Responsibilities

Participate on project teams.

Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an organized, detailed oriented, highly motivated engineer to work in its Water Group. The Water Group has a significant backlog of projects, including a variety of planning, design, and construction projects involving water supply, water treatment, wastewater conveyance, wastewater treatment and Infiltration and Inflow (I/I) studies. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication, project collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

Participate on project teams
Report to a group's Project Manager and high-level management
Prepare water and wastewater system reports
Design water supply, water treatment, pump stations and wastewater treatment facilities
Provide construction phase engineering services for water and wastewater projects

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Have a minimum of five (5) - seven (7) years of design and construction engineering experience on water and wastewater systems
Be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A valid driver's license
