Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions in Berkeley, Missouri seeks a USN Air Dominance Principal Engineer on a contract basis. You will lead engineering proposal activities for F/A-18, MQ-25, or T-45 platforms and guide training device programs with the USN Office of the Chief Engineer.

This role requires building SOWs, managing schedules and budgets, and delivering integrated solutions with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years leading teams.
• 5+ years project management in engineering.
• Experience developing technical proposals and estimates.
• Experience developing and tracking program plans, schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership for project and team plans.
• Develop SOWs and manage changes to deliverables, resources, and schedules.
• Lead project execution and monitor performance vs baseline.
• Work with customers and management to obtain approvals.
• Coordinate resources and risk management across the life cycle.
