Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management required.
• 10+ years of construction industry experience.
• Background in electrical contracting or transportation/mass transit projects preferred.
• Experience in traffic signal systems or street lighting projects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of contracting principles, cost control, and scheduling methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process change proposals, change orders, and owner payment applications.
• Track job costs, prepare quantity and labor cost reports, and support quarterly profit analysis.
• Coordinate and lead the project closeout process, ensuring documentation and deliverables are completed.
• Research and propose quality control solutions; verify field work for compliance with drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Support project leadership in planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with field operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
• Assist with document control, cost tracking, and subcontractor coordination.
