Job Title: Senior Project Engineer, PE

Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer, PE to join our Transportation team in our Oakdale office. Responsibilities:

1. Support and lead design teams on transportation planning, design, and construction reviews for various projects.
2. Work on highway/roadway/drainage design, safety studies, multi-modal planning, transit design, and civil site design.
3. Collaborate with Project Managers on current and future projects.
4. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their transportation knowledge and skills.
5. Perform detailed design computations, preliminary layout, modeling, and design.
6. Research and prepare drafts of reports and feasibility studies.
7. Assist with project design, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Water Resources, or Biosystems Engineering.
2. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
3. 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, including hydraulic and hydrologic modeling.
4. Experience in plan and specification development and construction contract administration.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, GeoPAK Drainage, HydroCAD, P8, and GIS.
6. Project management experience preferred.

Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and credentials.
