Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical or Construction Engineering and Management.
• 10+ years in heavy industrial construction or project execution.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality in project delivery.
• Experience coordinating contractors in active industrial facilities.
• Strong risk identification, assessment, and mitigation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the Contractor Safety Handbook and site safety requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute capital projects with safety, quality, and schedule focus.
• Conduct contractor safety audits and field assessments during outages.
• Provide project status updates on safety, quality, schedule, and risk.
• Ensure adherence to engineering quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Plant Engineers, Area Managers, and Operations.
