Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of related engineering and development experience.
• Experience with 3D modeling/drafting/CAE.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across multi-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct R&D to explore new technologies for products.
• Concept, design, prototype, and develop solutions to enhance products or processes.
• Stay updated on advancements and trends; perform competition analysis.
• Assist in IP strategies including patent applications.
• Plan budgets, staffing, and project schedules for on-time completion.
• Review and report project status; recommend procedural changes.
• Identify, analyze, and implement cost reductions.
• Support sustaining engineering and resolve production issues.
• Monitor prototype construction, lab testing, and agency testing.
• Use hand and power tools.
