Qualifications

• Typically requires 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6 years and a master’s degree, or a PhD with 3 years of experience.
• Background in Controls and DCS systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead large projects or processes of complex scope with limited oversight.
• Coach, review and delegate work to lower level professionals.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational plans for assigned areas.
• Identify continuous improvement/automation activities.
• Prepare project plans, controls, schedules, cost estimates, and resource coordination.
• Monitor progress and resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
• Identify and gather resources to complete projects; coordinate staff and external contractors.
• Foster strong communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
