Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead and manage technical projects from inception to production readiness.
• Provide technical leadership for new product projects.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Develop and publish project timelines and budgets.
• Review designs for manufacturability and cost improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to support projects.
• Maintain adherence to quality and regulatory procedures.
• Possess working knowledge of injection molding processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through production readiness.
• Prepare cost estimates and customer quotations for tooling and equipment.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage project scope changes and maintain schedule and budget.
• Escalate issues and drive permanent solutions.
• Lead project review meetings and provide status updates.
