• 10+ years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding
• Deep expertise in processing, tooling, materials, and mold design
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interface directly with customers and vendors

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and optimization of injection molding processes for complex, tight-tolerance components.
• Own key customer programs, serving as the primary technical point of contact from design through production.
• Evaluate and approve tooling designs, modifications, and performance.
• Partner with tooling vendors and internal teams to ensure molds are production-ready and performing at peak efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, improve cycle times, and increase process capability.
• Utilize SolidWorks and CAD data to support product development, manufacturability, and quoting.
• Troubleshoot processing and tooling challenges with a hands-on, solution-driven approach.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and leadership to ensure seamless execution.
