Job summary

CS Construction is seeking an experienced Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager for our commercial construction team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in project engineering and is ready to grow towards a Project Manager role.

The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of projects while managing multiple priorities and collaborating closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Direct experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager for a commercial contractor.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with planning and execution of commercial construction projects.
• Manage submittals, requests for information, and project correspondence.
• Track project costs, commitments, and budget updates.
