Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
• Proven experience leading engineering or development programs
• Strong understanding of aircraft interiors monuments, materials, manufacturing processes, and certification considerations
• Familiarity with program execution tools such as schedules, risk registers, and requirements management systems
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Project Engineer to lead the development and execution of aircraft interior programs, with a focus on monuments and complex cabin structures. The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
