Job summary

OnlyHire.Me in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to manage a small project or a component of a larger program, applying our processes and tools for project management, administration and field execution.

You will coordinate safety, quality, estimating, on-site work, reporting and scheduling, while building relationships with trades and leading the close-out processes to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of project processes and how each supports the successful completion of a project.
• Ability to lead teams and achieve production goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned aspects of safety and quality plans on site.
• Coordinate QA/QC planning to ensure task quality.
• Participate in estimating and change management with subcontractors.
• Create project reports and daily/weekly progress updates.
• Lead the submittal process to align with schedule.
• Develop and manage the project schedule and milestones.
