Job summary

Prince Contracting, LLC is seeking a senior civil infrastructure project engineer/manager to oversee mega infrastructure construction valued in the hundreds of millions. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with owners and contractors, and ensure compliance with FDOT standards from layout through concrete placement and curing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in large-scale projects, cost estimation and financial analysis experience, and proficiency with Procore/Primavera to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or closely related field.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects and FDOT standards.
• 3+ years in civil infrastructure project engineering or construction management on projects >$50M.
• Experience negotiating subcontractor contracts and change orders.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings with owners, foremen, contractors and supervisors to coordinate progress and resolve issues on projects over $100 million.
• Coordinate technical information between internal teams and the project owner for timely access to progress data.
• Evaluate technical data and review specifications to ensure conformance with standards.
• Provide technical advice and coordinate responses to RFIs and non-conformance resolutions.
• Develop work plans and supervise scheduling and cost control for major projects.
• Manage subcontractor contracts and change orders to ensure scope compliance.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate surveying and Safety, Health & Environmental programs.
