Job summary

Federal Express Corporation seeks a leader to guide multiple projects across industrial engineering, focusing on evaluating and implementing manpower and systems initiatives to reduce operating expenses, increase revenues and enhance customer service.

You will develop operating plans, perform engineering studies, prepare data and build models and analytical tools for engineers and operations, and set the strategy to transform business processes and tools for global excellence.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant experience, including four (4) years in developing concepts for material handling systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, scheduling, modeling, and performance analysis of material handling systems.
• Analytical leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, including evaluation and implementation of manpower and systems projects to reduce operating costs, increase revenues and enhance customer service.
• Lead development and implementation of operating plans and perform engineering work, conducting studies, preparing data and developing models and analytical tools for engineers and operations.
• Set strategy to transform business processes and operating tools to enable global excellence.
