- Monitor manufacturing performance, propose, and execute improvements based on gap analysis.
- Collect and analyze data to optimize the production line performance and efficiency.
- Recalculate the Standard Time Value (STV) in the Final Assembly Line (FAL) US Routings by performing observation of shop floor representative processes.
- Analyze the Value Added and Non-Value-Added activities to propose, execute, and implement improvement actions.
- Create standard line balancing for rates 7 and 8, including red space integration.
- Reduce efficiency loss via disturbance identification, analysis, and reduction.
- Improve process and production times by using value add and non-value add analysis and shop floor processes and observation.
- Maximize value add with priority in critical path operations.
- Deviation analysis between STV and spent time with Red Space proposal.
- Line balancing creation, including red space integration, following Standard Line Balancing standard M20039.
- Plan regular feedback loops with the Production team.

Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 12 months experience as an Industrial Engineer
