• Recalculate the Standard Time Value (STV) in the Final Assembly Line (FAL) US Routings by performing observation of shop floor representative processes.
• Analyze the Value Added and Non-Value-Added activities to propose, execute, and implement improvement actions.
• Create standard line balancing for rates 7 and 8, including red space integration.
• Reduce efficiency loss via disturbance identification, analysis, and reduction.
• Improve process and production times by using value add and non-value add analysis and shop floor processes and observation.
• Maximize value add with priority in critical path operations.
• Deviation analysis between STV and spent time with Red Space proposal.
• Line balancing creation, including red space integration, following Standard Line Balancing standard M20039.
