Computacenter invites a Project Engineer to act as the technical lead across multiple accounts, guiding design, implementation, and closeout. The role bridges engineering, project management, and sales, driving quality and consistency while supporting presales and scoping activities.

The ideal candidate brings demonstrated leadership and deep knowledge of ICT infrastructure, structured cabling, and project lifecycle management, with experience mentoring teams and handling escalations.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding technical decisions and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to architect and oversee complex low voltage/ICT infrastructure designs.
• Proven track record mentoring project teams and resolving escalations.
• Strong understanding of BOMs, CAD drawings, and project closeout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver services aligned with company objectives and values.
• Serve as the primary technical authority within assigned projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Lead LOE design development, build scalable BOMs, and translate customer needs into designs.
• Oversee project progress from a technical perspective and manage escalations.
• Create Field Change Orders in response to evolving project conditions.
• Review final engineering deliverables and support project closure with PMO.
