Job summary

Mars, Incorporated is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer in the United States (Texas) to design and install projects, collaborating with site technical teams and project teams to deliver value. You will apply engineering know-how to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project execution.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 4+ years in medium-scale project management, and travel up to 50% depending on project demands. PMP/CAPM or safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical).
• 4+ years in medium-scale ($2–$10M) project coordination/management.
• Experience with safety, security, and environmental compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and drive tasks to completion.
• Strong multitasking and project execution balancing skills.
• Understanding of design engineering areas: Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction, or CS.
• Knowledge of designated functional engineering area (controls, process, packaging).
• Travel ~30–50% depending on project demands.
