Job summary

Mars seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead the design and installation of projects, collaborating with the engineering community, site teams, and project teams. Roles may be based in Gainesville, GA or Yorkville, IL as part of a distributed engineering effort.

In this role you will travel about 50% or more depending on project demands, manage multiple facets of project execution, and ensure safe, environmentally responsible results while driving continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable technical position.
• Knowledge of Process or Packaging engineering disciplines.
• Willingness to travel ~50% or more depending on project demands.
