Balfour Beatty US is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager with planning and daily execution of construction projects in Washington. You will help maintain the project schedule, manage submittal approvals, coordinate material deliveries, and monitor budgets to keep projects on track.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and owners, ensuring compliance with contract documents, while supporting preconstruction, start-up, and close-out activities.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Construction Management or related field with 2–4 years of construction experience preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership, organizes people and resources across multiple activities.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office tools, and responsive to scheduling needs.

• Assists Project Manager with planning and daily execution of the construction project.
• Maintains the project schedule and manages submittal approvals and material deliveries.
• Coordinates subcontractors with Contract Documents and supports cost/schedule controls.
• Attends meetings with Architect/Engineer and owner representatives; assists in creating reports.
• Preconstruction, start-up, and close-out duties as needed; OSHA training completed.
