Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and design teams.
• Inspect construction site daily and manage subcontractors to contract documents.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for contract compliance and quality.
• Prepare RFIs, manage change orders, and track project closeout tasks.
• Train staff in document control procedures and project record keeping.
