• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Five years of civil engineering experience in road, water and/or sewer design.
• Two years of project supervisory responsibility.
• Registration as Professional Engineer is desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of municipal projects (water, sewer, streets, traffic).
• Develop asset management plans and environmental/right-of-way permitting programs.
• Review site plans with cross-department staff and participate in complex development projects.
• Engage residents and businesses by clearly explaining projects and addressing concerns.
