Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• Proficiency with MS Office; working knowledge of MS Project.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP; RF hardware exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans.
• Coordinate planning, organizing, control, and completion of activities across functional groups within the RFCOE and with external stakeholders.
• Work with program leadership and engineers to implement process improvements for greater affordability while maintaining positive relationships
• Project management within a cross functional team and program plan.
• Work with RFCOE leadership and production leadership to ensure program milestones are met.
