Qualifications

• Stable work history with a reputable commercial General Contractor.
• Experience supporting healthcare and/or tenant improvement (TI) projects.
• Familiarity with OSHPD/HCAI or regulated healthcare construction environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of healthcare and TI projects from precon through closeout.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation with accuracy.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and change management.
• Coordinate with field teams to maintain schedule in active environments.
