Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5+ years experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing.
• Experience managing GMP facility projects.
• Knowledge of GMP documentation and change controls.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept through closeout.
• Develop scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation and Facilities.
• Review vendor proposals and drawings for compliance.
• Ensure projects meet GMP and safety standards.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
