Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring two Senior Project Engineers for food manufacturing facilities in Lake Odessa, Michigan, and Mapleton, Illinois. The Senior Project Engineer plans and coordinates internal capital projects from initiation through completion, delivering them on schedule and within budget.

The client seeks an engineer from the food industry who has led capital projects above $1 million. Two positions are onsite at Lake Odessa, MI or Mapleton, IL.

Qualifications

• Food industry engineering experience with capital projects > $1M.
• 4 years operations experience with challenging EHS aspects.
• Experience managing third‑party resources to deliver results.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct internal capital projects from initiation through completion, within timeframe and budget.
• Execute strategies to develop projects in agriculture, marketing, or manufacturing.
• Monitor progress, assess issues, and implement resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Review project status and budgets, coordinate schedules, and prepare status reports.
• Coordinate the operational aspects of assigned projects.
• Drive integration of corporate and legal requirements in design and construction of new facilities.
• Manage third-party resources to deliver project and business results.
