Job summary

Viperion Tech, LLC seeks a seasoned construction and engineering project manager to lead PM activities on assigned programs, ensuring compliance with Air Force standards and successful delivery. This role may be contingent upon award.

Responsibilities include overseeing execution, reviewing designs, coordinating with contractors, and reporting progress to stakeholders. Candidates should have military/construction PM experience and CAC eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years in facility project/program management).
• Experience with government or military construction projects preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, monitor schedules, and manage project risks.
• Review design documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors, government staff, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare and present technical reports and project briefings.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and maintain project documentation.
