Leoforce in Denver seeks a skilled Project Engineer to advance construction projects from inception through turnover. You will coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes meticulous documentation, daily coordination, and active participation in project meetings. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar role and a track record of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedule tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar construction role.
• Proven experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs.
• Strong coordination skills with Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Experience tracking schedules, budgets, and procurement activities.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and design teams.
• Excellent communication and meeting-minute capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs to keep docs accurate.
• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily coordination and documentation.
• Track schedules, budgets, and procurement activities to meet targets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and design teams for collaboration.
• Support jobsite meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
• Review plans, specs, and contract docs for accuracy and constructability.
• Assist with project closeout documentation and turnover.
