• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience in PM, operations, or process design.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across disciplines.
• Proven leadership and multi-discipline project management.
• Flexibility to perform fieldwork, supervision, and detailed analysis in a small company.
• Proficiency with MS Office; VBA a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead design, procurement, installation, and start-up of facilities and equipment.
• Provide technical support to plant operations and process design.
• Oversee pilot facility operations for the development of new products and processes.
• Perform mass and energy balances, hydraulic analysis, and heat transfer calculations.
• Coordinate with Environmental, Transportation, and Safety teams.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee plant/process construction projects and travel to job sites.
