Job summary

M. G. Newell Corporation seeks a Senior Project Engineer to collaborate with the outside sales team and deliver engineered-to-order solutions for complex sanitary processes.

You will manage projects from concept to completion, including estimation, system design, and installation support, while ensuring safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering background, 10+ years in engineered solutions, and PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Ten+ years of experience delivering engineered-to-order solutions.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Experience with sanitary fluid processing in relevant industries.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and creating P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design large-scale sanitary processes.
• Evaluate opportunities with Outside Sales and develop solutions.
• Prepare engineering drawings and process layouts.
• Develop cost estimates and customer proposals; support sales presentations.
• Lead projects as PM and design engineer to meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.
• Manage on-site installations and coordinate subcontractors.
