You will manage projects end-to-end, from estimation to installation, leveraging CAD tools and leading cross-functional reviews. The role requires a strong background in mechanical or chemical engineering, 10+ years in engineered-to-order solutions, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in engineered solutions for industrial products or systems.
• Professional Engineering License preferred.
• Experience with CAD tools: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor.
• Willingness to travel ~35% to customer and vendor facilities.

Responsibilities

• Design large scale sanitary manufacturing and cleaning processes.
• Prepare cost estimates and customer proposals; support sales presentations.
• Lead projects as project manager and design engineer to meet requirements, cost, and schedule.
• Conduct design reviews and manage onsite installations with subcontractors.
• Mitigate risks and manage project scope; document turnover packages.
