Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Northern California to oversee the technical, financial, and administrative execution of commercial construction projects. You will support the Project Manager and Superintendent, review designs, prepare estimates and billings, and manage cost control and changes.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related field.
• 4+ years of project engineering experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Viewpoint, MS Project, or similar software.
• High-end commercial construction experience in healthcare, offices, entertainment, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical, financial, and administrative execution of construction projects.
• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Review design documents and prepare estimates and billings.
• Monitor cost control and change management to ensure project accuracy and compliance.

As a senior project engineer on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical, financial, and administrative execution of construction projects while supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent. This role contributes to project planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and change management. Responsibilities also include reviewing design documents, preparing estimates and billings, and ensuring overall project accuracy and compliance.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details
