Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Project Manager to lead civil/industrial projects in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor progress, cost, and scheduling with a project team and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and budget goals.

You will work with owners and subs to resolve issues, prepare reports, and keep documentation up to date while maintaining strong communications across the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of field experience on civil/industrial projects.
• Strong CPM scheduling and cost-tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of civil industrial projects.
• Inspects site and monitors progress against plans and budgets.
• Maintains and updates project schedules; prepares look-ahead schedules.
• Reviews submittals, drawings, and change orders; supports cost control.
• Communicates with owners, subs, and vendors; ensures compliance with safety standards.
• Prepares reports and environmental/contract-related documentation.
• Manages project correspondence and filing; enforces policies.
