Job summary

EXP Services Inc. invites applications for a Senior Project Engineer (CEI) in Celebration, FL to support Florida Department of Transportation Moving Florida Forward I-4 projects.

The role involves supervising engineering/construction management activities, directing staff, and ensuring compliance with FDOT standards. Florida P.E. license and CTQP/FDOT MOT credentials are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or related field.
• P.E. license in Florida.
• Minimum of two years in major road or bridge construction and five years in major bridge construction.
• For non‑degreed personnel... registration and ten years of engineering experience (two years in major road or bridge construction).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing.
• Prior relevant work experience in District 5.
• Five years of Senior Project Engineer experience with an overall ten years of related engineering experience (preferred).
• Attend the CTQP Quality Control Manager course and pass the examination.
• Certifications: FDOT Advanced MOT.

Responsibilities

• Direct highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection program.
• Plans and organizes the work of subordinate and staff members.
• Develops and/or reviews policies, methods, practices, and procedures.
• Reviews programs and projects for conformance with Department standards.
• Working in office full time in our Celebration, Florida office.
