Senior Project Engineer – Ashdown, AR

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead capital and process improvement projects at our Ashdown facility. The role focuses on driving projects that enhance production efficiency, product quality, and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects in a complex, cross‑functional mill environment.
• Manage end‑to‑end project execution under operational constraints.
• Balance high accountability with demanding working conditions.
• Provide cross‑functional leadership and communication.
• Apply technical and analytical engineering skills.
• Execute front‑end loading of project packages, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience delivering capital or process improvement projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in front‑end loading methodology, AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Project.
• Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is preferred.
• Availability for mill weekend duty rotation.
