Job summary

Kalmbach Feeds is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support engineering projects from planning to execution. You will work with cross‑functional teams to drive profitability, manage scopes, layouts, and reports, and ensure standards and codes are met while coordinating suppliers and contractors.

Ideal candidates bring a BS in engineering, 10–15 years of project management experience, and a track record with large projects up to $100M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or relevant field is required.
• 10–15 years’ experience in project management or project engineering preferred.
• Experience managing large scale projects up to $100M and coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and execute engineering projects that drive profitable growth.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Develop scope, create layout/proposal drawings, and generate reports as needed.
• Monitor compliance with codes, practices, performance standards and specifications.
• Analyze supplier and contractor proposals and manage relationships.
