• Six years of full-time engineering experience, with at least two in leadership/administrative capacity.

• Review consultant designs and reports for alignment with assignment goals.
• Track project progress, schedule, and budget across portfolios.
• Lead meetings onsite and virtual; coordinate with supervisors and BEDC as needed.
• Review consultant invoices and maintain digital contract records.
• Assist Deputy Director with data for capital planning and coordination of contracts.
