Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in construction or engineering, with preference for vertical construction.
• 2+ years' experience managing engineers and project subcontractors.
• Ability to read and analyze engineering plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Develop and maintain the project master schedule.
• Prepare monthly cost projections and manage document control processes.
