Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a Project Engineer II to lead the technical execution of PSA biogas to RNG upgrading systems in the U.S. You will oversee design reviews, equipment specifications, and vendor coordination across the full project lifecycle.

The role calls for 5–10 years of engineering experience in biogas or RNG, strong drawing and P&ID skills, and willingness to travel up to 25% for site work and commissioning. A Bachelor's in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• 5–10 years of engineering experience in biogas, RNG, process gas, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution across the project lifecycle for PSA biogas-to-RNG systems.
• Review process designs, P&IDs, PFDs, and mass/energy balances.
• Review and approve mechanical drawings, skid layouts, 3D models, and piping designs.
• Define specifications and datasheets for major equipment (compressors, blowers, vessels, valves).
• Manage vendor evaluations and ensure supplier deliverables meet quality and schedule.
• Oversee manufacturing, shop assembly, and skid fabrication for conformance to designs and codes.
