Job summary

Jamco America, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to be the primary engineering contact for project communication and to guide the team in delivering design and integration work that meets program requirements.

You will lead scheduling efforts across engineering disciplines, coordinate CIP/initiation of scope changes with program management, and ensure effective integration between EE/ME/Cert/Stress/Flam/Test/Manufacturing groups while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to establish internal/external relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and professional presentation of information.

Responsibilities

• Act as engineering focal for internal and external customers and for technical matters.
• Establish Tier 2 schedule based on Tier 1 schedule and distribute to team.
• Review and integrate Tier 3 schedules to support Tier 2 schedule.
• Lead engineering groups to develop solutions and complete designs based on requirements.
• Provide project status reports and metrics to management.
