Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and concisely with peers and Collins leadership.
• Identify mitigation plans for impacted projects.
• Pursue cost-saving opportunities to maximize project profitability.
• Conduct meetings; consolidate and present plans and progress reports.
• Identify and respond to project issues and recommend solutions.
• Oversee and coordinate administrative and operational aspects per program guidelines.
• Liaise among project management, planning, teams, and production line management.
• Review project budgets and schedules; prepare reports.
• Manage hardware development configurations through the engineering process.
• Monitor and address project issues to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals.
• Ensure projects meet schedules and budgets; maintain integrated master schedules.
• Coordinate hardware equipment modifications throughout development.
• Complete gated reviews to ensure schedule efficiency.
• Develop test procedures and complete test reports to verify product requirements.
