Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is typically required, with a preference for a master's or Ph.D..
• RF expertise: A solid understanding of RF principles, circuit design, wireless communication systems, and RF test equipment.
• Simulation & Modeling: Proficiency in RF modeling and simulation software (e.g., ADS, HFSS).
• Hands-on experience: Experience with RF testing and test equipment is highly desirable.
• Problem-solving and adaptability: The ability to address complex technical challenges and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in relevant areas: Experience in designing, building, and testing RF systems, particularly in a defense or aerospace context, is often preferred.
• Technical and Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with concepts like link budget analysis, frequency bandwidth planning, and related technical areas.
